Every Story Whispers His Name: Transfiguration Sunday

What does it mean that Jesus was transfigured? What does that look like? How did Jesus glow? Was it like taking a flashlight and shining it through your cheek? Was Jesus nuclear? Did He look like he just got a really bad sunburn for moment? I don’t know about you, but the more I read the Bible, the more I’m amazed by it. Just the sheer imagination, the awe-struck amazement of what happens. Join us on Sunday morning at 9:30am as we celebrate Transfiguration Sunday.

Every Story Whispers His Name: The Reality Of Hell

What if I told you that Jesus’ deepest suffering came in the form of a spiritual death? Not in physical or emotional suffering, but in spiritual abandonment. Separation from God. There we hear His words pierce our souls - “My God, my God, why have you forsaken me?” Join us on Sunday morning at 9:30am as come to painful and powerful grips with the reality of hell.

Every Story Whispers His Name: Accepting or Rejecting

Accept or reject Jesus. The choice is ours. Either accept Jesus as the cornerstone of the building as the key to the whole foundation, upon which the entire structure is held together, or reject Jesus as the cornerstone, remove Him and that stone becomes a stumbling block. Join us on Sunday morning at 9:30am as we look to Jesus our cornerstone.

Every Story Whispers His Name: This Is That

This is that. This Jesus. This Jesus’ death. This Jesus’ resurrection. This Jesus’ exaltation and the outpouring of the Holy Spirit is what gives us this amazing gift on the Day of Pentecost. This is that. That – what the Old Testament Scriptures prophesied would actually happen in the last days. This is that! Join us on Sunday morning at 9:30am as we bask in the victory we have in Jesus.

Every Story Whispers His Name: The Forever High Priest

For centuries, Christians were told they did not have access to God. In the Old Testament only the high priest could enter the Holy of Holies and he could do this just one day a year, on the Day of Atonement. The earliest believers were ingrained with the mantra – access denied. But just as the curtain separating the Holy Place in the temple from the Holy of Holies was miraculously town in two when Jesus died, so the way to God is open because Jesus’ body was on the cross. Join us on Sunday morning at 9:30am as well look to Jesus our Intercessor.
