Sunday Worship

We are beginning a new sermon series focusing on the book of Leviticus. What, no "amen!"? Of all the books in the Bible perhaps no book gets a worse rap than Leviticus. And I guess rightfully so, considering it is full of seemingly obscure rules and laws. I mean, I don't know about you, but given the choice between reading about Jesus raising Lazarus from the dead or reading about the entrails of animals, how long a woman's hair should be and various discharges from the body, I'll go with raising Lazaraus every day of the week and twice on Sunday. Still, we believe as Reformed Christians that all Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, for reproof, for correction and for training in righteousness. So it is that we come to the book of Leviticus for the next five weeks leading up to the season of Lent. Join us as we explore the intersection of some of Leviticus' words with words from the New Testament.

Message from Pastor Matt

We don't have to look too far in the pages of our own lives or in the lives of others to find pain, loneliness and brokenness. The Church is the best way to gather our hearts and lives together in encouragement, support, and grace. So welcome to First Church where you will experience a fresh start, a vision of hope, and glimpse of Christ's infinite grace!
